Project Overview

I developed the PT Jaya Persada Bali Accounting System, a robust web application tailored specifically for the intricate operations of a money changer business. Building upon insights from previous financial systems, this project was conceived to address the critical need for precise FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory valuation and seamless multi-currency transaction management. It provides PT JPB with unparalleled accuracy in cost tracking and financial reporting, a fundamental requirement for their dynamic foreign exchange inventory.

Technical Implementation

The system is powered by a sophisticated backend featuring custom-built SQL functions and views specifically engineered for complex FIFO valuation logic. A standout feature is the real-time FIFO COGS engine, which instantly computes accurate gains and losses, reflecting immediately in financial reports. To ensure data integrity, the application incorporates self-healing database functions designed to auto-repair broken references. Furthermore, it includes robust daily report PDF generation capabilities and an integrated rate display dashboard, all contributing to a highly reliable and performant financial management solution.
