Full Stack Engineer with an Operator's Perspective

I'm Willy, a full stack engineer based in Bali. Before writing code professionally, I spent years running small businesses across retail, food and beverage, and services. That experience taught me something most developers miss: the real cost of a bad system isn't the software. It's the hours your team loses maintaining it every week.

Today I build internal tools and operational systems: accounting platforms, workflow automation, property and tenant management. These replace the manual processes slowing teams down. I work across the full stack with Next.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL, and automation tooling, with full ownership from architecture to deployment.

What I bring beyond technical skills is an understanding of how businesses actually operate day to day. I've seen firsthand what it costs when workflows break down, and what it feels like when a solid system finally removes that friction. A well-built system pays for itself faster than most people expect.
