PT BRO Bali Tour and Travel faced significant challenges managing complex financial transactions manually in Excel, leading to inefficiencies, errors, and cumbersome updates with every accounting rule change. I developed a robust accounting web application designed to standardize, automate, and secure their financial operations. The primary goal was to replace time-consuming manual processes with a flexible, scalable, and intuitive system that could streamline financial management and support business growth.

Technical Implementation

The solution leverages a sophisticated technical architecture for both performance and security. For robust data isolation and granular access control, Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS) was meticulously implemented, protecting sensitive financial data based on user roles. Complex financial calculations and reporting logic are efficiently handled through custom database functions and views, which also power the dynamic report generator. The front-end was crafted with a UX-first design approach, translating intricate financial workflows into intuitive UI cards and tables, ensuring ease of use even for non-accountants and enhancing user adoption.
